Distributor key management is now owned by the partner. The JWT must carry partnerId + Role.Partner — required by the new /partner/distributor-api-keys endpoint. The existing admin account already has the partner role attached, so the credentials below still work.

Calls POST /partner-service/api/partner/distributor-api-keys. The partner is read from your JWT (Role.Partner required), so make sure the login above used partner credentials.

Optional fields on /modify/cancel-booking: cancelReason (audit string), ticketNumber (NDC void ticket), isHubFlow (hub partner cancel), isHeldBooking (true for HOLD bookings — auto-set from state).
